G Rentals firmasını onlarca firmayla yazışıp görüştükten sonra keşfettik. Çok net ifade edebilirim ki, Arnavutluk (veya Balkanlar) seyahatiniz için başka bir yere bakmanıza hiç gerek yok. Havaalanından çıkıp düz devam ettiğinizde tüm araç kiralama firmalarının ofislerini sağınızda sıralı olarak görüyorsunuz. G Rentals baştan yedinci ofis. Net, dürüst ve iyi niyetliler. Fiyatları da gayet uygun. Sınır geçiş yetkisi, kapsamlı sigorta, ek sürücü ve bebek koltuğu gibi ek hizmetler için fazla ücret talep etmiyorlar (sınır geçişlerinde Green Card isimli bir sigorta belgesi almanız gerekiyor ancak bunun araç kiralama firmalarıyla bir ilgisi yok). Depozito istemiyorlar. Ödemeler hem nakit olarak hem de kart üzerinden yapılabiliyor. Teslim süreci çok rahat ve hızlı. Rezervasyon WhatsApp numaraları üzerinden yapılabiliyor. Rezervasyon için isminizi ve uçuş bilgisini iletmeniz yetiyor. Gerisini ofiste pasaportunuz ve sürücü belgenizle dakikalar içinde hallediyorsunuz. Renault Clio kiralamıştık ancak çocuklu olduğumuzu öğrenince Dacia Sandero Stepway'e yükselttiler hiçbir ek ücret talep etmeden. Araçları yeni, bakımlı ve temiz. Sadece verdikleri bebek koltuğu pek temiz ve işlevsel değildi. Özetle, daha fazla araştırmadan direkt buraya güvenip kiralayabilirsiniz.

Aşağıda Makbule hanımın yorumunu görünce tamam burası dedik. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Çok fazla şirketi araştırdık kurumsal ve yerel çoğunda ciddi şikayetler mevcuttu veya fiyatları uçuktu. Burasının iletişimi de bize diğerlerinden daha dürüst geldi. Fiyatları da gayet makuldü. Biz memnun kaldık. Aracımız Dacia 2024 modeldi KM si azdı içi de temizdi verilirken (zaten araçlarının anladığımız kadarıyla hepsi yeni modeldi) teslim ederken de bir sorun yaşamadık (tabi biz de olabildiğince dikkatli kullanmaya çalmştık) havalimanına geldiğimizde de görevli gelip kontrol edip aldı. Tek eleştirim çocuk oto koltuğu için izofixli ve iyi bir marka değildi rahatta değildi onu güvenli bulmadım. Bu yorumu okursanız lütfen onu yenileyin.

Amazing Experience with them. I checked 5 different places before them & they offered the most competitive pricing and zero deposit on their car rental. I drove from Tirana Airport to Montenegro & back. Loved the smooth checkin and checkout.

We are happy with the services offerred by this car rental company. Basics like clean car, confortable models, etc are ok But the most relevant thing is that we had a car accident in the motorway, we crashed the car severly (we couldn't continue with our travel) and they assisted us all the time, were in close contact, and the assistance came with a new car, swapping all out things and conitnuing our travel. Thank God we hired the Full Coverage Insurance for the car (please do so if you hire any car since accidents happen) Completely trustable company! The only shocking thing for us was that police didn't stay all the time and we were left in the motoway alone waiting for the assisntance (that's nothing to do with the rental company of course), and the cars are not obliged to keep an emergency set (triangle, high visibility vest, etc) which made our wainting time dangerous for other cards and for us while we were in the side of the motoway.

Had a good experience renting with G rentals, a really good price and Gjini was very helpful when I had any issues.

Quick and smooth service. Easy return.

I couldn't fault G Rentals at all. The check-in process was very quick and easy. There was no queue, the staff were friendly and helpful and there was none of the usual pressure selling to take out their insurance when I said we had our own independent insurance. The car provided was exactly as booked (2025 registered Renault Captur automatic). The car was almost new with no damage and in very good condition. The only complication was drop-off but this is down to the abysmal organisation of the rental car carpark and nothing to do with G Rentals at all (build in some 'idiot time to account for the inevitable jams getting into the place on your return). I have no complaints and would definitely use this company again.

We rented an automatic Dacia Stepway from G Rentals Rent a car at TIA for 7 days for 385 euro including the full insurance. Their price was the lowest among all rental companies in the area, with a high quality provided service and vehicle. Check in and check out were super fast, all under 10 minutes. Upon arrival the Dacia Stepway was unfortunatley not available, but they immediately provided an alternative Renault vehicle. The fuel tank was not full, but for compensation we didn't have to return the car with the same level of fuel. Very responsive and helpful via Whatsapp (we couldn't find anymore where the drop off was) They didn't charge any cleaning fees even though the car was a bit dirty upon return. We are definitely a returning customer when we come back to Albania.
